Recruit4College.com : We scouted Erika February 2010 at RMR JR Showdown. Erika is the primary hitter for her team and exhibits an explosive ability to finish. She can hit a variety of shots and is a tenacious point accumulator. Erika exhibits excellent approach and arm swing. Hits line and off block.. Erika shows good lateral movement and will continue to work on back row play this summer. She is able to pass efficiently so that team offense runs smoothly.
